Ten years ago, we opened Trattoria Emilia with a handful of recipes and a lot of heart. This tea towel is a quiet tribute to that beginning, to the flour-dusted aprons, the handwritten menus, the laughter in the kitchen.

It carries with it the spirit of those first years, the same way you carry memories of the meals we’ve shared.
