Can you cater for dietary requirements?
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us when booking and tell your waitperson before placing your order.
While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any dish will be completely allergen-free.
Trattoria Emilia assumes no responsibility for any allergic reactions that may occur.
Please be responsible for your own safety and carry an EpiPen if you are severely allergic.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes, almost our entire menu can be made gluten-free with some changes.
What types of menus are available?
- Lunch: À la carte menu, or degustation;
- Dinner: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday à la carte menu, or degustation, Friday & Saturday choice of 3 courses, or 5-course degustation.
Does my card get charged when I make a booking online?
For less than 8 people:
Your card will not be charged. You will pay at the restaurant. We need the details only in case of a no-show fee.
For 8 to 12 people:
A deposit of $40 per person will be charged.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes, we have a separate menu with vegan options at the restaurant.
You can check it here.
Also, some dishes on the menu can be made vegan.
Do you take reservations over the phone?
We are currently not accepting bookings by phone.
Do you take walk-ins?
Whilst we do accept walk-ins, to ensure we can accommodate you, we highly recommend making a booking here.
Is Trattoria Emilia wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Trattoria Emilia is easily accessible by wheelchair!
Please let us know when you are booking so we can ensure that there's enough room for you to enjoy your dining experience comfortably.
What is the allocated sitting time?
All dinner reservations will be allocated a 2-hour seating time.
Sittings are available from 5.00 pm to 9.30 pm.
How does it work with large groups of 8+?
Bookings for more than 8 guests will require them to dine on a set menu, pay a deposit, and be allocated a 2.5-hour seating time unless the function manager agrees otherwise in writing.
Is there a no-show fee?
Yes, there is.
No-shows, cancellations, and changes to numbers within 24 hours of the reservation will be charged a $40 per person fee.
Are there any surcharges?
Yes, there is a 15% surcharge on Sundays and Public Holidays and a 1% surcharge on credit cards.
Is BYO available?
No, Trattoria Emilia is not BYO.
Do you host special events & private parties?
Trattoria Emilia is a beautiful location to host intimate events, weddings, corporate events and cocktail parties. If you are interested in hosting an event at our restaurant, you can contact us here.
Do you have outdoor seating?
No, we don’t have outdoor seating.
Can you accommodate a request for a highchair?
Yes, we can accommodate a request for a highchair.
However, we have only one available; therefore, we cannot assure that.
