Trattoria Emilia × The Hut Byron Bay
On 5 February, we travel from Melbourne to Byron Bay for a one-night collaboration with The Hut.
For this event, The Hut hosts, and we prepare a menu of the signature dishes that represent Trattoria Emilia, the dishes that define our identity and our approach to cooking.
This is a rare opportunity to experience our food outside Melbourne, in one of Byron Bay’s most loved dining spaces.
