• Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy restaurant

• Fluent English and great communication skills

• Basic wine knowledge (can open a corked wine bottle)

• Team player, curious to learn about our cuisine and culture

• Takes pride in creating memorable experiences — not just taking orders
